How a machine enquiry runs
- Tell us the application. What work the machine will do, and where.
- Tell us the material. What is being cut, broken, welded, mixed or moved.
- Give the capacity requirement. Where you know it — bar diameter, disc size, output, load.
- Confirm the site power. Single phase, three phase, generator, or none at all.
- Confirm how often it runs. Occasional, regular or continuous. This decides the duty class.
- Give brand or budget preference. If you have one. Otherwise we quote options.
- We check suitable options. Against manufacturer specifications for the models available.
- Specification is reviewed. We confirm the model actually suits the described work.
- Availability or source status is confirmed. Supplier-confirmed, limited availability, or sourced on order.
- Quote issued. With specification, accessories, warranty terms and lead time position.
- You confirm. Nothing is ordered before you approve the specification.
- Delivery or collection arranged. Larger machines need transport planning.

After sale
Warranty, service and spares
- Keep the invoice and record the serial number. Both are needed for any warranty claim, and the serial is how spare parts are matched years later.
- Follow the manufacturer maintenance schedule. Most warranty refusals come from missed servicing, not from faults.
- Budget for consumables and wear parts. Discs, blades, dies, tips, brushes and filters are running costs, not extras.
- Store machines dry and clean. Site dust in a motor is the most common cause of early failure.

Old model replacements, special capacities, unusual voltage or phase requirements, replacement machine parts, accessories, consumables, special blades and discs, special welding accessories, specific pump models and specialised contractor equipment.
Send: brand, model, serial number, voltage, power rating, capacity, a photograph, a nameplate photograph, the quantity required and the application. The more of those you can give, the better the chance of a match — and we will say plainly where something cannot be traced rather than substituting silently.
