What we collect

Information you send us

Obra collects only what is needed to quote and supply a product order.

Information	Why it is needed
Name and business name	To address the quotation and the invoice.
Phone number and email	To reply to the enquiry and send the quotation.
Delivery address	To quote delivery and deliver a supplied order.
Requirement details	The items, quantities, brands and specifications you send.
Photographs or files	A material list, BOQ or photograph you attach to identify a product.
Order and payment records	To process the order and keep accounting records.

Who sees it

Sharing

Your requirement is shared only as far as it is needed to quote and supply it.

Suppliers and authorised distributors	The product specification and quantity needed to confirm availability and price.
Delivery and logistics providers	The delivery address and contact number for a supplied order.
Payment and accounting	Order and invoice records, as required for accounting.

Obra does not sell your information and does not share it for marketing.

How long

Retention

Enquiries and quotations are kept while they remain live and for a reasonable period afterwards so a repeat requirement can be quoted from the same details. Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting records require.

Your choices

Access and removal

Write to sales@obra.co.in to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be removed. Records needed for accounting cannot be removed while they are still required.
