How to choose
- Measure the floor area. And how often it is cleaned. That decides machine size more than anything else.
- Check access. Doorways, lifts and aisle widths limit machine width. Measure the narrowest point.
- Match pads and brushes to the floor. The consumable does the work. The wrong pad polishes nothing and can damage the surface.
- Consider when cleaning happens. If it happens while the building is occupied, noise and cable become important.
- For pressure washers, look at flow as well as pressure. Flow carries the dirt away.
