Supply examples
The kinds of requirement Obra sources and supplies. Illustrative examples of requirement types, not records of named customers.
Requirement types
What a typical requirement looks like
Mixed-material list
A single list crossing paints, sealants, ceiling items and hardware, quoted together instead of split across suppliers.
Hotel housekeeping products
Cleaning chemicals, consumables and replenishment items quoted as a repeating monthly list.
Factory shutdown consumables
Fasteners, abrasives, PPE and MEP consumables assembled against a shutdown list and quoted as one order.
BOQ material supply
A bill of quantities reviewed line by line, brands compared, and a bulk quotation issued against confirmed availability.
Hard-to-find parts
A discontinued or unlabelled part identified from a photograph, dimensions or an old sample, then matched through the supplier network.
Stage-wise project delivery
A confirmed project order released in stages so material arrives as each stage needs it rather than all at once.
How a requirement is handled
The same four steps every time
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | Send the material list, BOQ, photograph or specification. |
| 2 | Obra confirms product details, brands and quantities. |
| 3 | Supplier availability and pricing are checked. |
| 4 | A written quotation is issued before supply or delivery is confirmed. |
