Availability labels
Three honest answers
We would rather tell you an item takes four days than promise tomorrow and stall your work. Every item falls into one of three labels, and the label goes on the quotation.

| Supplier confirmed | Confirmed available with the supplier, ready for collection or delivery. |
| On supplier order | Regularly available through suppliers; arriving on the next supplier cycle. |
| Sourced on request | Brought in specifically for your order, against confirmation and usually an advance. |
Brands
Specified, or the nearest working alternative
We supply proven brands and will source a specified brand where it is available. Where it is not, we offer alternatives with the difference in specification, lead time and cost stated plainly, so the choice stays yours.

Specification sourcing
When you know the spec, not the product
For industrial and project items, send the grade, class, size, pressure rating or standard rather than a product name. We match against supplier catalogues and confirm the specification back to you before quoting.
Availability labels
How availability is described
- Supplier confirmed — confirmed available with the supplier.
- Available through the supplier network — confirmed with the supplier before you rely on it.
- Sourced on order — brought in for your order, with a stated lead time.
- Bulk supply available — quantity available through project supply.
- Project supply only — not available through the supplier network.
- Vendor confirmation required — price and availability confirmed with the supplier first.
- Special order / non-returnable — made or cut for you, and not returnable.
- Some products have regular supplier availability, some are available in limited quantity, and selected materials are sourced from supplier partners or other states after confirmation. Bulk, project and technical products are subject to vendor availability, transport, size, grade and specification confirmation.
- Timber, roof tiles and wood products may be available through the supplier network, supplier-confirmed availability or sourced on order depending on wood type, size, quantity, treatment and supplier availability.
- Common appliance consumables may have supplier-confirmed availability. Model-specific spares are sourced on order after confirmation. Availability depends on brand, model, part number, supplier stock and compatibility.
Plumbing & electrical
Additional notes
- Common plumbing and electrical products may be available through the supplier network or supplier-confirmed availability. Project quantities, special sizes, premium fittings, decorative lighting, geysers, pumps, tanks and electrical panels are sourced on order after confirmation.
Home appliances
Appliance and repair notes
- Common home utility appliances, fans, geysers, electrical repair items and appliance consumables may have supplier-confirmed availability. Large appliances, premium appliances and model-specific spares are sourced on order after confirming brand, model number, part photo, rating, quantity and supplier availability.
