Five things that speed up a quotation
Store product quotes go out as confirmed for the requirement when the enquiry is complete. Incomplete enquiries are not ignored, they just take an extra round of questions first, which usually costs a day.
- The item, or the job it is for if you are unsure of the product name
- Brand preference, or tell us you are open to alternatives
- Quantity in litres, kilos, pieces, bags or area in square feet
- Whether you are collecting from the store or need delivery, and where
- A photo of the surface, the old label or the damaged part

Before you order
- Tinted, cut and special-order items need an advance and cannot be returned
- Quotes are valid for seven days; cement, steel and metal rates move faster
- Retail rates are quoted inclusive of GST; business quotes show GST separately
- Delivery is charged by distance and load, free above a fixed order value
