What we supply
By area, not by piece
Wall and floor tiles
Ceramic, vitrified, porcelain, anti-skid, parking and elevation tiles in project quantities from a single batch where possible.
Large-format and designer
Sourced to order against confirmed area, with lead time stated before you commit.
Marble and granite
Slab sourcing, kadappa, kota, laterite and sandstone, with cutting arranged separately.
Stone cladding
Exterior and feature-wall cladding, quoted with the fixing system rather than as a bare material rate.
Fixing materials
Tile adhesive, white and large-format adhesive, cement grout, epoxy grout, spacers, levelling clips and trims.
Care and repair
Marble and granite polish, sealers, stain remover, crack filler and stone adhesives for handover and snagging.
How it is quoted
Area first, then batch and wastage
Give the area
Area in square feet per surface, or a tile schedule per room type. Number of bathrooms is usually enough to start.
Batch matters
Single-batch supply is quoted where the quantity allows it; where it cannot be, we say so before the order rather than at delivery.
Wastage stated
Cutting wastage is written into the quote as a percentage, not left for you to discover on site.
Access and unloading
Floor level, vehicle access and unloading arrangement change the delivery cost - tell us at enquiry stage.
