- Machine make and model, from the nameplate rather than from memory.
- Serial number where the plate carries one.
- A photograph of the old part, including any numbers stamped on it.
- Rating, size or capacity — kVA, kW, amps, diameter, length.
- Quantity, and whether the machine is currently stopped.
- Delivery location and whether collection suits you.
